The lamb meat is unique! It has a special, refined and tender texture. It is with these characteristics that we make a difference and thus make our customers satisfied.
It is an excellent source of potassium, phosphorus, niacin and zinc. It is also a less allergenic meat and has, in addition, a good fatty acid profile, having low concentrations of lipids and a small amount of saturated fats.
Lamb meat takes center stage at festive times of the Christian religion, Easter and Christmas. As well as consumption in the festivities of popular saints, more specifically in the northern region of Portugal.
